Modern hotel, very nice, well located and quiet. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very correct. At the restaurant, it is possible to have lunch/dinner on the terrace, even if the hotel is by the road, there is quite a lot of vehicle traffic.
There is little space to store your things when you stay several days. There are no foreign language TV channels (other than Italian). I don’t find it very normal to pay for a parking space in front of the hotel, on the street ...

Everything was very good and met every demand. I booked this wonderful relaxing hotel for trip, had a real good stay, its location was perfect on local area etc. I loved the extremely friendly and amicable staff.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way for you. The rooms were clean and quiet and lovely views from the balcony. Pool was nice. They were even able to let us stay another night when our night train was cancelled. A lovely place and I would go back.

clean hotel, nice pool area, reasonable bar prices
The noise from the road traffic was unbearable at times!!! The lack of a footpath on the way to town made for an unnerving walk!!! The room layout could also use some serious improvement to enhance comfort.

The location of the hotel was great, just outside of downtown Sorrento, We had a room with a sea view.

Staff was helpful.
This hotel was not just a "short stroll" to the town of Sorrento, it would take 30 or more minutes of walking along a stretch of road that had no edge on the road and cars that drive fast, downright scarey. I would not recommend this to anyone who thinks they could walk into Sorrento. The hotel is a modest hotel with a pool that was not habitable for swimming, the water was green. There was no view of the water and the street noise was loud with traffic and honking cars. The restaurant attached to the hotel is expensive, worth a trip into Sorrento to eat. Our room was musty smelling and the air conditioning did not work very well. We were told not to open the windows out to the garden probably because there were many mosquito's due to the wetness in the back of the hotel.

The view from the balcony was fine, but the shower pressure was weak and the walk to town felt dodgy with no footpath. Staff were super friendly, though!

Location was fine. Parking available which we needed. Wifi available outside the room. Good restaurant next door. Buses left nearby for the town.
Decor tired. Shower poor. Service in the bar only fair.

I had a great time enjoying the spacious terrace and the thoughtful gesture of being able to leave our car parked after checkout. The small outdoor pool and relaxing garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was that breakfast could have been a bit more exciting, but it was really all about the experience! 😊
